Activity Schedule

  • 07:00 Registration
  • 08:00 Start of the 80K Race, 60K Junior High School Race, and 90K Challenge
  • 10:20 Anticipated arrival of the first participant at Yanshao, Hualien - Milestone 10K on Provincial Highway 11
  • 11:00 Award ceremony for the Race Category at Pacific Park / Venue; All participants return to the finish line
  • 12:00 Closure of the Race Category finish line
  • 14:00 Closure of the event finish line

Event Route

  • Competition Category

Route: Hualien Pacific Park – 193 Line – Hualien Bridge – Provincial Highway 11 – Niushan – Xinshe – Turnaround point at Nuwa Niangniang Temple Intersection – Finish at Hualien Yanliao/Provincial Highway 11, approximately 80 kilometers.

  • Junior High School Category

Route: Hualien Pacific Park – 193 Line – Hualien Bridge – Provincial Highway 11 – Niouliaokeng Bridge Uphill/Turnaround point – Finish at Hualien Yanliao/Provincial Highway 11, approximately 60 kilometers.

  • Challenge Category

Route: Hualien Pacific Park – 193 Line – Hualien Bridge – Provincial Highway 11 – Niushan – Xinshe – Turnaround point at Nuwa Niangniang Temple intersection – Finish at Hualien Pacific Park, approximately 90 kilometers.

Eligibility

Middle school and above, welcome enthusiasts of long-distance road cycling and challengers. It is recommended to register as a team with at least two members.

Commemorative jersey, race bib, completion medal, aid stations, electronic finish certificate, chip-timed results, insurance, etc.

Incentive Mechanism

  • All participants will receive a completion commemorative medal (reverse side) and can download an electronic certificate of achievement from the association's official website after the event.
  • Cash prizes will be awarded to the top six overall rankings in the Men's and Women's Competitive Groups.
  • Trophies will be awarded to the top six rankings in each age group of the Competitive Category.

Category/Prize Money:

  • Men’s Overall Ranking: 1st place: $10,000, 2nd place: $5,000, 3rd place: $4,000, 4th place: $3,000, 5th place: $2,500, 6th place: $2,000.
  • Women’s Overall Ranking: 1st place: $10,000, 2nd place: $5,000, 3rd place: $4,000, 4th place: $3,000, 5th place: $2,500, 6th place: $2,000.”
